The Willow cell#
Nestor was a member of the Soldiers of the One cell built around Sister Clarice Willow, which consisted of her entire group marriage. Having majored in computer sciences at a university, he served the cell as its computers expert.
Clarice tasked Nestor with repairing her Holoband, which appeared to be broken. Instead he found that someone had switched it, evidence that implicated Amanda Graystone and revealed that the cell had killed one of its own members, Mar-Beth, for nothing. The real Holoband held sensitive Soldiers of the One data, and with only a day remaining before a planned terror attack, Nestor began planning how to recover it.
The Graystone raid#
Nestor took part in a three-person raid on the Graystone residence. The attackers cut the house off from the outside grid and attempted to jam its wireless and mobile access, though the family's robot butler Serge was briefly able to raise an alert. Breaking into a server room, Nestor used his technical expertise to release the locks securing the family's safe room. The intruders made it inside and prepared to kill the Graystones, but before they could act, Nestor was struck in the head by another robot, controlled by Zoe-A.
