Tora Bashiri: civilian ship of the Fleet
A civilian ship of the refugee fleet whose name appears on the tally boards of the presidential election held among the survivors.
Tora Bashiri was a civilian ship that got clear of the Fall of the Twelve Colonies, and it flew with the fleet Galactica was protecting. (Battlestar Galactica, "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II")
On the tally boards#
Some of the people who lived through the destruction of the Twelve Colonies did so aboard this ship. When the presidential election was held among the survivors, Tora Bashiri was one of the ships listed on the tally boards aboard Colonial One and Galactica as the results came in. The series shows nothing else of it, from its size to its fate. (Battlestar Galactica, "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II")
