Description#
Minos was the largest moon in the Twelve Colonies of Kobol and held the distinction of being the only colonial moon encircled by a ring system. It orbited Tauron, the world known as "The Old Colony", as that planet's first moon.
The moon possessed no atmosphere and could not naturally support life. Even so, it became a working frontier, home to several scientific outposts and mining colonies. Mining was central to Tauron's identity, and Minos extended that industry beyond the homeworld itself, ranking among the named attractions associated with Tauron.
