Biography#
Doral was one of many Cylons who successfully infiltrated Colonial society as part of the prelude to the all-out attack. Through false documentation he secured a public relations job in the Ministry of Education. In the final weeks before the attack, this position granted him unrestricted access to Galactica, a battlestar undergoing decommissioning that posed a theoretical danger to the Cylon strike force because of its lack of networking. Doral installed a Cylon transponder within Galactica's CIC so that the ship could be tracked, then departed aboard Colonial Heavy 798, bound for Caprica.
When passengers with personal wirelesses were alerted to the ongoing attacks while en route, Doral maintained his human identity but made repeated attempts to halt the ship's efforts to provide relief to other civilian vessels. His complaints were ignored following the swearing-in of Education minister Laura Roslin as President. What became of Doral afterward is unknown.
