Prometheus appears only in a pre-production draft of the Blood & Chrome script, dated November 2010. In it, a wartime newsreel says that Galactica, along with her sister ships Columbia and Prometheus, is showing the Cylons no quarter. Class and capabilities#
As a sister ship of Galactica, Prometheus would have shared the design of the most famous ship of the line: heavy gun batteries, thick armour, and twin flight pods supporting Vipers, Raptors and shuttles.
