Layout#
The Concourse stood at the heart of the Sprawl, arranged across two floors. Its first floor held eight outlet stores: Worch, a workshop fitted with a bench; the Unitology Resource Center; UHU, a holographic media bar; a hair salon called Bold Stylings; The Beauty of Real Wood, a showroom of genuine wooden furniture; Fit Meter, an exercise equipment store and gymnasium; Levitations, a Zero-G bed and furniture store; and a Lightspeed Energy Bar stand.
The second floor held seven outlets: the candy stores Trixie''s and Lemon Gun; an ice cream parlor called Collisto; a children''s clothing store, Fashion Kid; and Toy-Toy, a toy store that sold limited-edition models of the USG Ishimura, with Benjamin Mathius action figures sold separately. Across from the elevator to the first floor stood the Titan Elementary School.
The 2511 outbreak#
Isaac Clarke passed through the Concourse during the Necromorph outbreak of 2511 and encountered a great many of the Pack Necromorphs in the area. Two of the second-floor outlets did not respond when selected on the mall guide, showing only static under the name of an error code; screams that resembled those of the Guardian and Brute forms could be heard from them, suggesting the shops had been infected by the Corruption and held dangers within. At the Titan Elementary School opposite the elevator, Isaac first encountered the Crawlers. Ellie Langford also struggled through the Concourse on her own way toward the Government Sector, where she encountered a man who claimed to want to help her before he tried to kill her.

Titan Elementary School
Titan Elementary School was a school in the Concourse of Titan Station that taught children from infancy through middle school. As the Site 12 Marker''s influence spread, its pupils grew violent and unstable, and the school became a source of many of the child Necromorphs of the outbreak.
USG Ishimura
The USG Ishimura was the flagship of the Concordance Extraction Corporation and the first Planet Cracker-class mining ship. After recovering Marker 3A from Aegis VII in 2508, it became the site of a catastrophic Necromorph outbreak that wiped out its crew and bound its name to the history of the Markers.
Benjamin Mathius
Benjamin Mathius was the captain of the USG Ishimura and a high ranking Unitologist, placed in command to retrieve Marker 3A from Aegis VII for the Church. His devotion and the Marker''s influence drove him to madness, and he died restrained on his own ship as the outbreak began.
Brute
The Brute was a massive Necromorph assembled from multiple human corpses, encased in a spiked exoskeleton of bone and calcified skin. It charged with crushing force and, when crippled, hurled explosive organic projectiles from within its chest.
