Among those present was the man called "Soo-Soo," who came as a representative of a Spacing Guild bank while secretly serving as an agent of House Harkonnen. His nickname derived from his position as financial advisor to the Water Peddlers Union, the body that controlled the sale of water in the parched cities of Arrakis.
