Caprica Clipper was a Gemenon Liner 1701-type civilian cruiser in the service of the Pan Galactic airline. She was first seen as part of President Roslin's fleet before joining Battlestar Galactica at Ragnar Anchorage.

Service with the Fleet#

Caprica Clipper first appeared among the ships gathered under President Laura Roslin in the aftermath of the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. She rallied to Galactica at Ragnar Anchorage, where she was the last ship to jump out as the convoy fled.

She survived the settlement and occupation of New Caprica, landing on the planet's surface, and remained with the fleet through the later passage to the Algae planet. Approximately four years after the Fall, the Caprica Clipper was scuttled in the Sol System.

Design#

As a Gemenon Liner 1701-type vessel, the Caprica Clipper measured 257.2 meters long, 43.8 meters wide, and 23.3 meters tall. She was driven by four sublight engines with maneuvering thrusters and was faster-than-light capable, sharing her hull design with the Gemenon Liner 1701 for which the type was named.
