Icarus: the molten innermost planet of Helios Alpha

Icarus was the first planet of the star Helios Alpha in the Cyrannus Star System. Its extremely close orbit left its surface largely molten metal, and the Colonials ignored it as unfit for exploration, mining, or settlement.

Description#

Icarus was the first planet of the star Helios Alpha and orbited exceptionally close to it. That proximity caused its surface to be composed mostly of molten metal. Historically the planet was ignored by the Colonials, as exploration or any mining was impractical given the conditions on the surface. It is also presumed that Icarus was not suitable to be kobolformed, as even the Taurons, known for their off world mining prowess, were uninterested in the world.
