What Made Them Work#
The forces were designed around their environments. In Le-WahiLe-WahiLe-Wahi is a region on the island of Mata Nui, inhabited by the Le-Matoran and Rahi. Neither was chance. This reflected good design by people who understood their own land.

But it kept the island functioning and kept threats manageable. For a civilization of everyday beings with no military training, that was real work.
