Doomed World of the Keystone Hunt

Typhon XI was a planet in the Koprulu sector, destroyed in 2504 when its star went nova. Remote and mineral-poor, it nonetheless held a sizable Tal'darim force and a fragment of the Keystone, which Raynor's Raiders were forced to recover under the threat of the impending stellar catastrophe.
A remote world#
Typhon XI was considered remote by terrans, and its sparse mineral deposits made it a poor candidate for colonization. Despite this, a sizable Tal'darim force was present on the world, drawn there by interests of their own.
The race against the nova#
During the Second Great War, the local star was about to go nova. Raynor's Raiders were forced to travel to Typhon XI to retrieve a piece of the Keystone guarded by the Tal'darim. The fires started by the impending stellar catastrophe forced the Raiders to continually relocate their base across the surface, but they managed to escape with the artifact before the supernova engulfed them. Typhon XI itself was destroyed in 2504 when its star went nova.
