Pewku
Pewku is an Ussal, a species of Rahi crab associated with the Onu-Matoran, native to Metru Nui and later found on Spherus Magna. Originally blue and orange-yellow in coloration, Pewku molted to a burnt orange, silver, and brown coloring. Legs and claws served as Pewku's primary tools.

When the Mask of Light was discovered, Jaller and Takua left Ta-KoroTa-KoroTa-Koro was a settlement located in Ta-Wahi, home to the Ta-Matoran, Tahu, and Vakama, and formerly connected to Teridax. The settlement was ultimately destroyed. aboard Pewku to seek the Seventh Toa, following the direction in which the mask shone brightest. Their route carried them from Ta-Koro through Le-WahiLe-WahiLe-Wahi is a region on the island of Mata Nui, inhabited by the Le-Matoran and Rahi. Formerly subject to the power of Teridax, the region is no longer under that influence., Ko-Wahi, and Onu-Wahi. In Le-Wahi an Ash Bear named Graalok attacked the travelers before LewaLewaToa of Air, member of the Toa Mata and Toa Nuva, whose career was marked by repeated possession, body theft, and aerial campaigns from Le-Wahi to Karda Nui. drove the beast off and joined them. When Lewa offered the two Matoran a Gukko bird as a faster ride toward Ko-Koro, Pewku was left behind, being too heavy to fly.
After the events surrounding the Mask of Light, Jaller returned Pewku to Orkahm, whose own name had been temporarily changed to Orkan on Naming Day. The crab is later found on Spherus MagnaSpherus MagnaA desert world of ancient conflict that became the merger point of the Matoran Universe and Bionicle's true endpoint..
